I am incredibly proud of Coombe Academy Trust where I have led as our CEO since June 2021. I am passionate about developing research based practice, supporting school improvement work and developing inclusive practice.
I joined Coombe as the Trust CEO in June 2021 having worked as an Executive Headteacher within another Academy Trust across the primary and secondary phases.
Alongside Executive Leadership, I have worked within the field of Special Education needs supporting and developing strong SEND practice and have supported a number of schools in an outreach capacity - collaborating with colleagues and developing leaders inspires me on a daily basis.
Outside of Education, I love spending time with my family of three daughters and thoroughly enjoy time walking my dog in the countryside and sailing on the British coastline.

I am responsible for leading on the HR strategy for the Trust, including delivering on safer recruitment, advising on complex employee situations and supporting staff engagement and wellbeing.
As a child of two teachers, I grew up with a love of education and an acute awareness of its power to change lives. Spending time supporting children to learn new things and develop lifelong skills is such a joy!
I joined the central team of the Coombe Academy Trust as part of my IT apprenticeship and I’ve had an incredible journey ever since.
